Employment
In Ghana, many young people are capable, motivated, and ready to work, but access to job, relevant training remains out of reach for them.
Codetrain Foundation helps remove that barrier.
They support talented individuals to gain practical technology skills, including software development and digital product skills, so they can find meaningful work, earn a stable income, and support their families.
Your donation doesn’t just support learning. It helps people build dignity, independence, and a future they can rely on.
The Mission
Codetrain Foundation exists to help talented people access careers that lead to real jobs.
They remove financial barriers so individuals from low-income backgrounds, young women entering technology, and learners who need additional support can access training that leads directly to employment. All scholarships funded by Codetrain Foundation are delivered by Codetrain Africa, one of Ghana’s leading technology schools.
We believe in a simple principle: Education should lead to work.
