In the third event of our series on IoT, Dino D'Ambrosio will go through the basics of databases and security.
We'll have a look at setting up a database in mySQL, hooking it up to node-red, as well as managing and securing data

Your teacher for the evening:
Dino is an IT nerd with 20 years experience, and is currently technical ops manager for a large financial institution. He is very well prepared for the zombie apocalypse.

The ticket includes something to eat and drink. As before, you are welcome to bring along any project that you're working on to show and discuss with the community.
