Benny is happiest when he is spending time at the intersection of People, Technology, and the impact they have on the teams and communities around them.
In Benny’s time in software, he has been a software developer, lead developer, Agile coach, and talent manager. He now co-runs a consultancy that helps you ignite and scale the impact you make with your business, software, and people. Benny also co-organizes a community called Tech Leadership, a community of longtime, new and aspiring technology leaders.
He is really passionate about connecting people, and enabling people through technology so that they can create the impact they’re supposed to. Benny cares about helping elevate software professionals with the right tools, the right knowledge, the right partnerships, and the right networks so that they can go out into the world and change lives.

Huge ice cream fanatic - spent a year churning a ~ 1 liter of ice cream a day :D
These days Benny loves thinking about Web3 and how it could impact society and communities. He has even delved into tinkering and hacking together apps in React, Node, Solidity, and Rust and he has minted some NFTS. Benny also set up a DAO in Rinkeby (Ethereum test nest )
